The ACE campus is located in the former Castle Hill Primary School, in Sydney’s north.
It has 20 studios, gardens and on-site parking.
Facilities specifically include:
- 5 dance studios
- 4 acting studios
- 4 singing studios
- A large performance space
- Private music studios
- A keyboard lab
- A film and television production studio
- A uniform / 2nd-hand shop
- A waiting room with refreshments and cable TV
ACE is currently working towards the construction of its own purpose built campus in the near future. It is envisioned this will be Australia’s most advanced facility for performing arts teaching, with theatres and production studios for film, television, radio and multimedia.
It will focus on the use of digital and converged technology. For example, every studio will be pre-wired with cameras that will link back to a television control centre. This means that every class can be recorded for training and review. We will also be able to broadcast distance education programs from there to anywhere in the world.
